High doses of pancreatic enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase, trypsin and chymotrypsin) aid in digesting food fully in cases of food sensitvity, intestinal malabsorption, candida and indigestion due to aging. It is difficult to find a digestive formula with high amounts of chymotrypsin.  Chymotrypsin, used in high doses, weaken the cell wall of abnormal cells and reduces the inflammation associated with chronic pain.  When used in this later fashion, it is best taken on an empty stomach.
